Beach La Reine Bradley BeachBradley Beach is a borough in Monmouth County, New Jersey offering a variety of homes from cottages and condos to large beach homes. Its history is traced back to 1679 when it is said that Captain William Kidd anchored his vessel off Duck Creek, now known as Sylvan Lake. By 1927, Bradley Beach had become a very popular resort town. In the 1950's, Construction of the Garden State Parkway in the 1950′s contributed to the influx of metropolitan area residents seeking a year-round home with the appeal of living s by the ocean within an easy commute to their workplace. Homes reflecting back to this period proudly display their unique and charming architecture throughout the town.

Bradley Beach has maintained its reputation as a great Jersey Shore resort town. Today, the year-round population is about 5,000 however it soars to 30,000 during the summer months. Residents and visitors enjoy clean, lifeguarded beaches, unique shopping and plenty of fine dining. The Bradley Beach Arts Council has established “Arts at the Beach” to foster the arts in performing arts, visual arts and literary arts with a variety of free events to inspire, educate and entertain the community throughout the year. In the spring of 2014 the Bradley Beach library introduced a book bike which a librarian or volunteer rides around town and on the boardwalk to give books and to tell residents about the opportunities and activities coming up at the library and around the borough.
